Weird noises from my G161-200Z

This engine was running fine in the other car, I took it out, changed the rear main seal, sump gasket, and rocker cover seals, put the flywheel, clutch and gearbox back on, put it in this car with new engine and gearbox oil and a new oil filter... And now it makes loud noises! I can't feel any...
