Oct 1, 2008 - repsycle, ryu doesnt have SHin Shoryuken because Ryu & kens master Gouken has Shin Shoryuken as his Ultra. well the arcade here that has sf4 they just got the thing to be able to challenge against Gouken about last week.. and shavoba55 the game is public already, several places have the arcade for sf4 already.
