**sorry redundant..i had to keep it goin when i got it** (may regret that idea tomorrow). just a quick vid, of the only thing i tried this morning, i've had to be good since my last vid cause iam sick yet AGAIN, and sore from all the handsprings, but i got in my head this am to try a handspring into a jacknife so i played with it for a few minutes. i was quite pleased esp. after i figured out iam using the opposite everything on the handspring then the cartwheel mount, hence making my jacknife on the opposite side as well, so i didn't think i could 'get that'. hopefully will be up to some real practicing soon, just wanted to share. had a bit of a bra wardrobe malfunction in back lol, may or may not be noticeable, but it held on for the ride:) happy poling divas! ps- this is the mom friendly version of the song, lol, but true, and also i switched shorts in the beginning but same day..not that its important, lol
