World Vision aid workers and quake survivors are making safety a priority in China's quake-stricken Sichuan Province, where aftershocks, flooding and landslides continue to frighten people and pose risks to relief operations. In Myanmar, even as desperate needs remain one month after Cyclone Nargis, many affected communities in the Irrawaddy Delta are managing to survive and rebuild by pooling their resources and demonstrating rare resilience. While many villages are receiving assistance from aid agencies and local organizations, many basic necessities are still desperately needed. Help survivors of both disasters through World Vision at www.helpsurvivors.org.
