Nov 18, 2008 - I think WNWO NBC 24 in Toledo also teamed up with the Ohio Lottery to put together these Best of the Class spots the last time I checked, but that was about 11 years ago when I saw WNWO do that (when I was in Sandusky near Cedar Point).
