Jul 7, 2008 - Did they mention how the aircraft was obtained and from what country? I remember when Lt Belenko flew his then new Mig 25 from Russia to Japan. It was eventually sent back to Russia in crates. They found out it was pretty much a dog, but could fly fast (set world records) when striped of all weapons. Only the leading edges had titainium and the rest was stainless steel.
