But when he was revived along with Ness and Luigi is played it off as if he was the one who helped them. Again he played it off when he met kirby and boswer and such.But all in all King Dedede FTW!

Aug 6, 2008 - Dedede was never a true villain in any of the Kirby games. While he was the villain, he wasn't particularly EVIL. It's a weird relationship considering the fact that at the end of the day he secretly likes Kirby, and his villainry is more of a misguidance rather than being truly villainous. Basically he's eccentric.

Aug 16, 2008 - in the anime he IS evil if you ask me:p he at least doesn't seem to like kirby one bit and wants to get rid of him by all means nessecary, but in the games he's indeed not a very evil guy, he's the antagonist, but not a villain, just like you said, he's just eccentricXD but very likeable

Aug 26, 2008 - In Kirby's Adventure, Dedede is the Protagonist and Kirby is the Antagonist. Kirby doesn't realize until it's too late and unleashes Evil on Dream Land.And in the N64 one, you get to actually play as Dedede. He's one of Kirby's helpers in that game
