Salvation...Are we misunderstanding it,like many other topics in the Word? If we do and rely on our brains or other peoples,we could face hell and never know what hit us.It is a GRAVE mistake to not know God's full Word on this issue,it's life or death for anyone. Please read these following Scriptures.Salvation IS ONLY Christ's merit / Rom 3/ Col 1:20 / Isaiah 53 / Psalm 24 ( Christ opened Paradise)The call to life and repentance IS God in Christ's merit also / Matt 9:13 / Acts 11:18 / Acts 5:31 / Rom 2:4Even the good works are... 2 Cor 12 /Philip 1:6 / 1 Thes 5:23 / John 14/Look at Israel's history and DON'T confuse the Wilderness with the Promised Land !The Parable of the Sower -Mtt 13 /Mark 4 / Luke 8The Parable of the 10 Virgins -Matt 25Not everyone that says " LORD,LORD"will enter heaven -Matt 7Psalm 2:11 says " Serve the Lord with fear and rejoice with trembling..."Why would the Word say that if we have nothing to lose and have it all already?!?

Jul 26, 2008 - Yes,we are saved when Christ finds us,but if we don't abide and stay in Christ,we can forfeit this great free gift,as Israel in the wilderness. They were saved out of Egypt but due to rebellion died in the wilderness.Bless you !

Jul 26, 2008 - Dear Sister, you are in error, and scripturally incorrect. I have posted a 5 part response in the comment area of your third video entitled "Saved ? 3 of 3" Blessings.

Jul 26, 2008 - Bianca, I've watched all three of your videos, and read every scripture you've shared. The Word of God comes before human interpretation. We are incapable of choosing the Lord on our own, and could NOT "remain" on the right path through sheer choice or willpower. It is spiritually arrogant to make such an implication. Satan often twists 90% truth, with just enough lies to pervert God's Word. We need total dependence on God for EVERYTHING, including walking in obedience. God Bless

Jul 26, 2008 - Then friend go on living as you wish and I pray for the best for you.I see you've sadly haven't brought one explanation for these many "twisted Scriptures" to totally disregard them. There is a way that seems right to a man,but in the end it leads to death"Prov 16:25.I have fooled myself many years with your doctrine,I would of died unless the Lord's mercy severely brought me back to His path, now I pray He gives me strength to stay on it.I was going to hell praising Jesus all the way.

Jul 26, 2008 - I will leave you dear one with Hebrews 3:12 " See to it brothers that none has a sinful ,unbelieving heart that TURNS AWAY from the Living God.But encourage one another DAILY,as long as it is called TODAY,so that none will be hardened by sin's deceitfulness. We have come to share in Christ IF we hold firmly till the END"Again the whole duty of man is to Fear God and keep His commands" Eccles 12:13

Jul 26, 2008 - So are you basically rejecting Calvinism/once saved always saved?
aProdigalChild Says:
Jul 26, 2008 - Cajun,I'm not rejecting anything,I'm just putting out some scriptures, you know me,I don't hold much to man's teachings...mine included if it's not written. The very subject "the Great Falling Away from the faith" is all over the Word,Christ said many will sadly.2 Peter 3:17 again shows one CAN "FALL" from their "secure position"for some reasons given in 1 Tim,Mt 24 tec...I'm not here to talk calvinism, but God's Word.Love you Bro!
aProdigalChild Says:
Jul 26, 2008 - Here are some given reasons for falling away; For love of money-1 Tim 6:10For lust- 1 Tim 5:15For deceptive doctrines-1 Tim 4:1-2Hebrews 6:4-8 is even more severe and makes the hair stand on my body when I read it...talk about "working out your salvation with fear and trembling"...OUCH !

Jul 26, 2008 - Yeah, there's a distinction between being INSTANTLY SAVED (Jn3:16) to heaven, & the spiritual maturation "race" the new birth begins. For your THOUGHT PATTERN is still sinful. So, a spiritual BABY! So if you don't learn & live on BIBLE ALONE, you won't spiritually mature & you'll be in heaven, alright.. as a BABY. I tried to cover that distinction in my Spiritual Maturation videos, my pastor having spent 12 years 7x per week Bible classes, teaching it. Hope your videos have better success.
