They don't "falsify" information.Using video of Nepalese cops and saying they are Chinese is just because they probably didn't have footage of Chinese cops on hand and needed some B-Roll footage for a report. Secondly an aurora can occur anywhere this is due to the free electrons in the ionosphere bonding with oxygen and nitrogen making them unstable. Its a reaction produced by the sun and earths magnetic field so i highly highly doubt this was caused by haarp. This is just a tectonic plate shift. Its not like its the first earthquake to hit China
