Aug 6, 2008 - I think that people have been very hard on this film. It wasn't made as a big ass hollywood blockbuster type because they knew that wouldn't work, you can't have to forty somethings running around like they did when they were in their early thirties. Plus the writers screwed the series so they had to make the best of the botched ending the series had.

The idea of creating a standalone movie,leaving only scully and mulder as a part of the x files was the biggest misatke.This movie should have been done for the fans,not for the people that have no ideea waht x files means.When I saw scully and mulder in bed together,I just watched the scene trough my fingers;for a relanshionship that have developed over 9 series,I don't believe that that's how the scene should have been made.Huge disappointment !!!
