For instance, it does not explain the origin of life, it does not explain economic game theory, it does not explain the refraction of light, it does not explain why Doritos are delicious. Evolution does not pretend to explain every aspect of organismla biology, and it shouldn't. But as far as how populations of organisms change over time, it is spot on, end of argument, let's move on.

The fossil record lacks 100% factual evidence to prove that species evolved from other species. Evolution does explain how populations of organisms change over time, but it is correct? Nobody can be for sure.
