princessgurl4eva101 Says:

Jul 25, 2008 - why does it look as if elizabeth hates her mother when in fact she admired her and she kept her hope and memory alive? 'will he ever forgive me for being the daughter of a witch' ??????????????

ekateri28 Says:

Jul 25, 2008 - God I hope that Elizabeth didn't think her mother was a witch or a whore, but how can she understand at such a young age? Cool series!

Ladissea Says:

Jul 26, 2008 - Once again Elizabeth is the only redhead and her siblings are brunettes. I've never seen this before and thanx for posting it.

Aug 7, 2008 - oh my goodness, i love these books. They currently released the Royal Diaries on DVD. You can check them out at your local Walmart. Thanks for putting these up!

astrea79 Says:

Aug 11, 2008 - I think this was the least historically accuarate of the entire series. Mary was "the ugly step sister" and Thomas Wroisthelsey (aka "the Lizard") has a crush on her. While Catherine Parr says Anne Boleyn and Mary aren't "right in the head", huh?

FlashGORDONXVFFR Says:

Aug 12, 2008 - how old is she here, 12?

InnateNobility Says:

Aug 16, 2008 - Queen Mary wasn't always homely, she was supposedly a very pretty little girl until Anne Boleyn supplanted her mother Queen Katherine of Aragon. After years of anxiety, stress and recurring psychosomatic illnesses, Mary was seen to have lost her beauty. This is a really good, cute series; it's accurate and I like the actors chosen. Little Robert Dudley looks younger than he should be, though. A good recommendation for anyone wanting to learn more about young Queen Elizabeth I's life.

InnateNobility Says:

Aug 16, 2008 - Elizabeth looks to be about twelve, yes, or at the most thirteen -- the portrait she sent to her brother, King Edward VI, is a striking resemblance to her look in this series.

FlashGORDONXVFFR Says:

Aug 16, 2008 - what is the problem with the song E sings? how does the king know what she wants to say? it does not make sense to me

historygirl23 Says:

Aug 16, 2008 - The song is implying that though Mary is next in line, Elizabeth outshines her. Court was very tricky.
