Maybe two or three groups, but honestly, many other groups cannot sing as powerful and as on tune as TVXQ does when they dance. In my honest opinion, if those groups you have in mind sings live powerfully while dancing, they wouldn't be lesser known/under-appreciated. In fact, I would bet that they'd be well-known.

There are close to 10 000 Japanese in Korea with permanant residenct card and there are other people who study Korean even though they are not in Korea.
