Nov 19, 2008 - I thought ~250 was his heaviest to date.
diethealth Says:
Nov 19, 2008 - He never weighed himself when he was that heavy, but he is confident that he must have weighed about that before he began the diet - this was filmed 4 weeks after he began...
HotMessProductions Says:
Nov 19, 2008 - Best of Luck - I have never heard of the diet you are on, but you sound like you enjoy it regardless of it really tastes...
CommentorX Says:
Nov 19, 2008 - The problem with "box lunch" diets is that it never teaches portion control. The diet is only effective as long as he is eating the prepared meals. Plus, if he's 5'7, then Sarah must be tiny.
alesbica Says:
Nov 19, 2008 - Then shouldn't the heaviest weight be a higher number than what he reached 4 weeks later?
diethealth Says:
Nov 19, 2008 - Yes but he never saw the actual number on the scale... so you are right but he doesn't know the exact number so the one that flashed on the scale is the most he has ever read.

Nov 19, 2008 - I have the best way to loose weight, onc time, I stoped eatting for a week, then now I'm skinny!
azas1949 Says:
Nov 19, 2008 - Diets don't work because if you have someone preparing your meals it doesn't teach you how foods interact with each other: carbs, proteins, sugars, etc. And after the age of 35 the human body looses 1/2 lb. of muscle per yr. if you do no stress bearing exercises - which means you have to build muscle mass back up.
cynthiasoka Says:
Nov 19, 2008 - the diet sounds expensive
sae08 Says:
Nov 19, 2008 - You shouldn't do that! It's so unhealthy! Not eating weakens your muscles and slows down your metabolism-- making it even harder for you to lose weight because your body is holding onto because you are not eating. Not to mention that once you eat again you will probably not only gain the weight back, but then some.
TerryCPiano Says:
Nov 19, 2008 - But after that, start eating more and control yourself, it's perfect and just a normal life like always, except skinnier.
Forsure3333 Says:
Nov 19, 2008 - If you're very hungry after eating your prepared menu, what will stop you from going to eat more food?
