So, well this is me installing a D2Pro pre-soldered modchip into my D2C Wii. I never done a modchip install before so the whole process needed one hour.

Sorry for bad quality, but it's enough to tell the problem.I've soldered the d2pro9 v2, since I couldn't get a WiiClip. When the Wii (D2C2) is turned on, the disc drive repeatedly makes a sound and you can see what happens when a disc is inserted. If I'd left the disc be sucked in, it wouldn't...

This is the wii clip, which I highly recommend to anybody looking to mod their wii, it makes for a clean install because your not soldering directly to the wii itself so its risk free, best of all it clips on and off for an easy uninstall as well
